High intensity tutoring and multi-sensory instruction helps children, teens, and young adults grow into competent readers, spellers, and writers. I completed post-graduate training in clinical reading and writing intervention at the MGH Institute for Health Professionals. I am certified as a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner and EmPOWER Writing tutor. I currently serve as Literacy ESL Specialist at Somerville High School working with multilingual learners. I am licensed as a reading specialist and ESL teacher in Massachusetts. A graduate of Harvard College, I hold a Masters in International Public Health from Boston University and a Masters in Education, Teaching English Learners, from Cambridge College. I speak fluent Spanish.
